Senior Specialist – Pre-Sales Networking/Solutions Architect

Role and Responsibilities:

• Translate partner business needs into customized, scalable, and future-proof solutions
  with optimal ROI. This involves architecting comprehensive solutions that may
  incorporate components from across business units, ensuring a holistic approach.
• Proactively identify and advise on out-of-scope opportunities for enhanced solutions, as
  well as address any requirement anomalies with effective remedies.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle, including documentation, proof-ofconcepts, demos, and presentations, and extend post-sales assistance to ensure
  partner success.
  Solution Driven Enablement:
• Lead the development of complex architectural solutions for deals from pre-sales to proposal and delivery, stitching together appropriate assets and contributing to commercial modelling.
• A deep technical expert in Solution Architecture who works with the Solution Sales leads in the translation of eTOM/ TOGAF frameworks, Blueprints and Converged Solution Architecture/assets into pre-sales and sales marketing collateral for the Business Line area.
• Drive solution driven enablement sessions tailored for each audience, ie Sales, Technical, Finance, Execs etc either at partner, end-customer or internal.
• Responsible for all technical sessions, POCS and demos.
• Management of product lifecycles, stock inventory & forecasting, strategic stock holding for projects/resellers and strategic purchases.
• Work closely with marketing department to drive awareness, promos and news.
• Help build up vertical/bespoke “out-of-box” solutions with partners and drive their goto-market strategy.

Education, Skills and Experience:

Education:

• Minimum3-year Degree / bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Microsoft Certified Professional

Experience:

At least 5 years related experience in technology transformation, inclusive of;

• 3-5 years’ experience specifically delivering architecture solutions.
• Knowledge of B2B and ICT Technology architecture and technology innovations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large technology programmes across the lifecycle.
• Experience working in a medium to large organisation.
• Ability to deliver multiple solutions
• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous.
